How is CrowdCall different from other conference calling services?

Unlike most conferencing or group call services, CrowdCall doesn't use dial-in numbers or pins, the host of the group call who has the CrowdCall app simply selects the participants or a favorite group of participants and touches the "Call Now" button and CrowdCall creates an instant conference, and calls your phone when the conference is ready. Once you answer the phone and press "1", every other participant is called and the conference begins.

Does CrowdCall cost money?

There are no carrier charges because all calls are outbound from the CrowdCall server. For all calls which cost CrowdCall in North America less than 5 cents per minute, there is no charge to the user for the first 500 minutes (max 5 calls/day). Calls costing over 5 cents a minute or for more than 5 calls a day or outside the US can be made by purchasing credits or subscribing to a minute package. In all cases the line charges are less than you would normally pay your carrier. Connections are made through local carriers so the qualktiy is much better than VoIP solutions.

Can I include participants who don't have the app?

Yes, you can include anyone who has a phone number!

If a person has multiple numbers can I use CrowdCall to call all of their numbers at once?

Yes, simply include all of their numbers in the call - save them in favorites.
